Also, I was interested by who makes french coffee but awesome hot fresh-roasted almonds: is French a bad thing for coffee to be?

(Almonds are one of the few nuts I have any time for, although, contra my former college hall staff, do not believe they belong on top of cauliflower cheese!)

french is an ok thing for a coffee to be; but turkish/arabic/middle-eastern is a far better thing for coffee to be, so ultra-bitter french from an israeli is disappointing.

"cauliflower cheese" is cheese made out of caulifower? oh dear.

Ah, I see, re: the French coffee / but thing.

Cauliflower cheese is definately not cheese made out of cauliflower!

I see this confusion spring up all the time with regards to the dish that Americans call "macaroni and cheese" - across the pond it is referred to as "macaroni cheese".
