So pretty happy with my progress overall. It's been two months since I left Alaska, and I've lost ten pounds in that time. I won't be really happy until I see abs, but losing fat is nothing to scoff at. I am now 119.5. It's been awhile since I saw the teens and this makes me very happy. good job.

BUT to see abs as a woman you will have to drop below 10% body fat which is NOT healthy at all! Mosy body builder/fitness trainer types will drop weight fat for photos and put it back on.

Have you tried yoga yet? I <3 the way yoga makes me feel. Toned up big time since I added yoga to the lifting.

I think abs on a woman is 15% which is what I am aiming for. I'm currently around 18%. I don't want to go under 15% body fat. If I start seeing ribs then fast food *will* be new best friend.

I love yoga!!! I've been taking a Yoga class at the gym, and I've really been enjoying it greatly. I'm really a cardio person, but I've been trying to put more lifting in my routine. I'm still very much stuck in the mindset of 'Andrea's fat, must run it off.' Heh. But that's going away slowly too.
