I'm in that period of dread that comes before a big convention. I wonder what I'll forget this time? :-)

I remember one year when I went to the restroom at GenCon, and Kingyak came in and asked me if I had any pre-generated characters for M-Force. I don't think it was a euphemism for anything, but it was still the strangest men's restroom question I have ever gotten:).

I've started bringing a few pregens, but really try to get the players to embrace how easy it is to come up with their own. Usually this works fine, though we get the occasional player who take 45 traumatic minutes to make a cinematic 6 stat/3 skill character.
