Man, I love culinary experimentation that turns out fantastic. Cheddar cheese / blue cheese macaroni with cayenne. I think I'm going to need a crane to lift myself up into bed :)

Heh, Amy could've told you about that one, minus the blue cheese. She's a big fan of adding Red Hot to mac and cheese. It's the yum yum.
