Also: Anyone knows what to call a Stümper or stümpen in English? Is there such a nice, fitting word?
'cause amateur or beginner doesn't even begin to describe it ...

Maybe 'newbie'? :?

Nope, not strong enough. A Stümper is someone who really doesn't know what he's doing. Not neccessarily someone who has no experience, just someone who screws up (whether he should know better or not).
And it's definitely a derogative term. Not offensive, but not nice. Like idiot.

If asked to translate it I'd go with "Bloody amateur(s)" right now, but I was wondering if there was a sigle English word ...

I can't think of a single word for it. It's a pity -- there should be one!
