There is nothing express about the Shoppers Express Lane. I think they put their slowest cashiers there just so that all the lanes are about the same size. I still don't know why all the check-writers and why all the old geezers who don't know how to use the credit card machine use this lane, though.

LOL at people who use checks to pay for anything other than mail-in bills. I write one once a month for the utilites. I've had my checking account since I was 18 and have only gone through maybe 100 checks, ha.
