i was just looking at FB and certain goody-two-shoes boring people from college are all, "oh my golly gosh, i sent in my census for our growing family of FOUR! where did the time go?" and all their boring goody-two-shoes friends are like, "LOLZ, i know, we had six on ours! BABIES LOLROTFL!" i was tempted to add a comment like, "one. i win! i

I had almost exactly the same conversation with another friend earlier today about how it's weird and annoying hearing people talk about how awesome and amazing their kids are, even when you don't ask them about such things, and how we would love to just answer back to them "Well, that's great, but I'm about to go out and have a drink with people. I will be coming home whenever the fuck I want tonight, but you have a ball with those kids."

my mother stole a baby on easter to make her sister jealous. ("stole" as in, "i have to hold this baby when they walk in," not like an actual criminal act.)
