What do you think of the first two installments of the BBC4 Good Omens radio dramatization [that is

vaysh I've literally just listened to them live; I've been looking forward to answering your question almost more than any other that's come in. The one piece of voice-casting about which I was the most concerned, Aziraphale, is the one I love most! Mark Heap is doing such a delightful job. I was slower to warm to Peter Serafinowicz as Crowley in spite of the fact that my initial projection was that I thought I'd like him more, but he got less one-note and more expressive in the second episode. Anathema and Adam have such great chemistry I could cry. They kept several of my favorite early scenes in the novel almost entirely intact: the birthday party, hitting Anathema with the Bentley, Adam and Anathema chattering away in Jasmine Cottage, and the paintball cock-up at Tadfield Manor. They've done a far better job than I ever dreamed they would, so that's worth celebrating.
