I suppose if any place could be close to what the UK could be for you, that would be Boston/New England, huh? But not nearly close enough. Some 250 years and one ocean apart, at least.

Boston is the closest I can come in the US, yes. But it's not quite the same city it was when I was in college, and that saddens me more than a little.

I will. It's not a chance to go back to the UK, sadly, but it's much better than what I've currently got. I should hear sometime this week.
