Actually, what's even scarier is I've lost weight (I'm down to a scary 103.8), and feel..flabby. My muscles dont seem to have the same definition or hardness they once did. Icky.

Alright, Jolly, what are you doing? 103lbs? That's crazy unhealthy!!

If what you're trying to do is gain definition, you can't possibly accomplish that and lose weight at the point you're at right now. The only way to look healthy is to BE healthy, so start by eating, drinking water, and mixing cardio activities with muscle-building activities. The cardio will burn fat while increasing your metabolism and the strength of your heart. Lifting weights builds muscle mass necessary to keep your resting metabolic rate up and gives you that desired definition. Be smart, Jolly, and remember that no one will be able to compliment you on your good looks if you're too ill to see us.

To be fair, I've averaged around 106 since about a year and a half. (Ever since I started taking ADD med's) I used to about 10 pounds heavier before that. There really isnt too much fat to burn left on me, It's just I burn calories like theres no tomorrow. All the same I'm going to put in a concerted effort to try and put a few more pounds of weight on me.

Well, it's good to hear that you're not trying to do this to yourself on purpose. In that case, cous cous and falafel's all around! :-)
