I'm in Georgia...

...and I'd just like to say that I am perfectly satisfied with life right now. After a lot of random shit the past few years, major as well as minor, I think the drama's receded. I have more control over what happens to me, partly because I've taken up a lot of responsibilities and partly because past experiences have taught me that I have to be ( Read more... )

yup, you're cocky. lol. i completely agree, though, with the "it's going to work out" attitude. however, in some instances you must admit the best course of action is just to allow outside forces settle and let the drama pass over. my motto - "this will all make perfect sense someday." we'll be ok.

also - yes yes yes about the morals! so few people seem to appreciate their value nowadays. there is such an obsession with "being in the moment;" we can't see the forest of our lives for all the trees of present drama. it drives me nuts. and goodness forbid you disagree with their philosophies! oof. rant rant rant.

ok i would love to hear back from you. i hope georgia is tumbles of fun!

I was in a slightly frustrated mood right then, so I knew I was sounding cocky but I didn't really care. I like that motto, that's kinda what I was trying to say, I just couldn't phrase it right.

Also for the morals bit, I was just talking with the other Katie (Houston Katie, see my new post) and there are so many people that have these morals and convictions, but then do what they know is "wrong" and then next time you talk to them they get all defensive about it because they just did it and don't want to admit they did a "bad thing." It's 3 am, so if you understood that then CONGRATS! Luv ya babe.

Nope, it's not a past situation that we know of, but it is of the other Katie in Houston. So no, but yes. lol.
