My left arm is shot. Whenever I try to grab anything with my hand I get a shot of pain up my arm. This sucks so much. I guess I shouldn't practice guitar as much as I have been.

the same thing happened to me the other day briefly... i too have been precticing a lot. but i really hope it doesnt come back.
