I decided it was well past time I updated! I know, I know, I am very bad at this. Blogs just aren't me, I guess.

LifeI am doing all right, except for a mysterious abdominal pain that comes and goes, Sometimes painkillers help, sometimes they don't. And I've been to the doc, poked and prodded but so far no answers. It's frustrating but I'm living

So sorry about your mysterious abdominal pain! I hope you're able to figure that out and feel better. And I agree- having a teen daughter and seeing her mature and come into her own is so fun, but also filled with challenges! I'm so hoping high school is better than middle school. I think it usually is, right? ;-) Good luck with all your writing! Sounds like you've taken on a lot of challenges there, too!

I hope the muse kicks in and you get inspired for the fests. I've been reading a lot of cozy mysteries, too. My brain is too taxed by the state of the world for much else.
