Ooh! I'm surprisingly terrible at this game, but is #5 One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest?
And #8 "Kill Bill"? #10 maybe..."This is Spinal Tap"?

I feel like I should know something that's a Japanese dystopian tech noir, but I can't think of anything from 1988 that fits the bill.

i'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume that you meant #6 (not 5) to be Cuckoo's nest, right?
that one's right...as is spinal tap...but number 8, i'm sorry to say, is not kill bill.
10 points for Sarah!

Yeah, I did mean 6...though Cuckoo's nest with a Cold War eccentric cowboy would be interesting.

I've never actually seen Kill Bill, so being wrong on that is not so surprising. But yay ten points for me! I've mostly had no clue about any of these on my friendlist.

Just for the record, the only one left that isn't a korean flick is number 3.
