Somebody wake me up!!!!!

Something is wrong with me. I think in the past two days I have slept so much. After I got back from class yesterday, I fell asleep and basically slept until noon today. I skipped my first class today because I needed a few more hours of sleep? As if 16 hours of sleep wasn’t enough. Well anyway, I don’t really want to go work out right now ( Read more... )

I havent been getting any sleep ive been up till 5am almost everynight, i sleep til like 7am, we should hang out maybe some of your sleep will rub off on me =) Stress does make u tired, u got a lot going on hun, keep me informed. Talk to you soon.~all the love~

Been there.
Just wondering about two things though...How offter do you work out? How long is your workout session? I'm not a personal trainer or anything close, but sometimes your energy level goes deficit due to working out too much. Also, your body may be trying to adjust to the weather change.

I think it might be the Alcohol. I am giving up the gym for a few weeks until finals are over, and I still feel pretty tired.

Does it get better after college?
