Something is wrong with me. I think in the past two days I have slept so much. After I got back from class yesterday, I fell asleep and basically slept until noon today. I skipped my first class today because I needed a few more hours of sleep? As if 16 hours of sleep wasn’t enough. Well anyway, I don’t really want to go work out right now

Just wondering about two things though...How offter do you work out? How long is your workout session? I'm not a personal trainer or anything close, but sometimes your energy level goes deficit due to working out too much. Also, your body may be trying to adjust to the weather change.
