As for the meaning, it is actually not difficult to decipher if you break it down:
Establishment is usually defined as those holding decision-making powers in a nation or institution.
-dis: means negation or reversal.
-tarian: is a suffix meaning one skilled in the rules of something.
-ism: means a doctrine, theory condition of, qualification for or devotion to - whatever preceded it.
And last, but not least, Anti: is a prefix defined as that which is against, hostile to, operating against, opposite or rivaling - whatever follows it.
So: Andidisestablishmentatianism means to rival or operate against those who are skilled in and devoted to reversal or negation of all institutions or nations. In short, working to keep anarchy and chaos from taking over that which has earthly control over our environment and society.
Anyway, now that I've almost bored you to death, the word is at least as interesting as it is long.
