i always title my entries "update" unless they are of significance, i guess im just not that creative of a person lol. So this weekend was for the most part dull and slow. I attribute this to the cancelation of volleyball because my friday was spent inside doing work, like the typical cooper student I am. Saturday however, ac liz and ac's cousin

As much as I hate the the Americanization of Italian words I hate even more those "Italians" who claim they pronounce the words correctly (but don't) and try to correct others!!!! Makes me very angry. See, Italian words are very easy pronounce because you do pronounce everything (i.e. not like French), except of course, using Italian phonetics. So
manicotti = man-e-kho-ti (man is like the Jamaican "hey man")
braciole (only one c) = brah-cho-lay (cho is like margaret cho)
ricotta = re-coht-tah

And this one a lot recently because it has become posh, is NOT brewshetta:
bruschetta - breu-sket-tah
