A long long time ago I started this journal. Not so long ago, but what does seem like eons ago, I left Toronto to take a temporary job in Ethiopia. That was four months ago, and the contract finishes at the end of March. Clearly a lot has happened between my last post and this one, not just the whole off to Africa thing, but for now it's easier

I have a bad, annoying habit of fucking off a little too casually. My bad. I'll be leaving soon though - well, within the next three months or so I would say. I'm here for at least two more, then hopefully a month of travel overseas before heading home. I'm looking forward to a bit of the summer in Toronto - best place in the world to be...so far...
