Resident Evil, huh? I'll go, though I'll probably have to Wiki the premise, since I don't play the games and haven't seen the first movie. (There was another movie, right? Or am I thinking of yet another videogame-made-movie?)
I've missed you, too, Anne. I've been lurking like the silent, antisocial stalker that life is shaping me to be. So I've seen you posts (mostly?), but haven't had enough gumption to respond.
Vienna is WONDERFUL in concert. Her voice and instrumental abilities are amazing. It's great to see her live, since she's very expressive and involved with her music, but also to see her producer/co-writer/percussionist, Alex Wong. I swear, the guy must have a second brain for all the stuff he can do at one time. For one song (Antebellum, I think) he was on kicking his electric drum box (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cuban_box_drums), then with his right hand playing the snare drum and his left playing the xylophone. All with different tempos.
I can barely clap in time.
She and Alex chat on the microphones to each other and the audience between songs; explaining where they got their inspiration, what the lyrics mean, and general comments about being on the road as musicians. It's cute, funny, and informative.
With that kind of positive attitude, I've no doubt you will be in Japan very soon. I myself have to wait a couple more years before I return. *sad* Still, it will happen. Oh yes it will.

Hope everything goes your way.
We need to get together! Also, when Resident Evil: After Life comes out, Deme and I are going to see it. You're gonna come too, right????
*pounce*
LOVE YOU!

*crosses fingers for you on the Jet application* Hopefully it will work out one way or another.
Love what you have of the GW/Flight of the navigator crossover. That has a lot of potential.
