Inevitably, when I'm just looking over old entries that I missed while I was away, I just skim and read almost nothing. This, I read. It explains in words something I felt the other night when movie night... well...

We got together the same way, but forgot to actually talk things out. I was too tired to explain myself and all. The truth is, I could tell we both had changed. Not in a bad way. I even tried to slip into the old way of things and the cuddles. However, I got the sense sometimes that we just didn't need each other as much as we did before. I wasn't sure how to feel about that... wasn't sure if it was something to be worked through or just accepted. I remember you were the person who book ended my relationship with Kim--- the two previous movies nights. This movie night... it was just a movie night. I didn't have anything to divulge, and I didn't really need to be held that much. I got the feeling you'd grown some too. And I think that's good. Just the same, I always want to be your friend.
