WHY IN THE WORLD HASN"T THE LADY FROM THE COUNCIL REPLIED TO MY EMAIL YET???!!!???

I sent an email to the lad in charge of Fair Winds stuff on Sunday and still haven't heard anything back. Nothing! This is quite a bit frustrating. All I want are some answers. Thats it.
