The Vampire Diaries Re-Watch of 2013

In watching S02E10, there are two things that bug me:

1) After Katherine is incapacitated in The Masquerade, she's lying there and the Moonstone is on the carpet and next to her hand. WHY didn't someone snap it up then? How ON EARTH would they have not taken it then and there? WTF? How is this a thing that did not happen?!Then in later episodes,

I put all the blame on Paul Wesley and his stupid face. He is the only reason why I decided to watch the stupid and slow ass pilot. And he is the reason why I continued to watch S1 off and on. Then Trevino with his gorgeousness and TC with their flirtiness. And still I didn't want to watch, but then 1x22 happened and I got all excited for S2. Sigh.

Now I wish I hadn't started it at all, but then...Tyler and Caroline. Damn them.

I think I told you I started watching for the lulz because I thought it was going to be Twilight-esque and I wanted to laugh and make fun of it while drinking some wine. But there are no more lulz now, there is only RAGE.

I've just finished 2x19 so I also have to suffer through Klaus from here on in. SMH.

I have become incredibly resentful of Klaus and JoMo to a degree because of the pandering to Klaus (and him) has pushed out a series reg who has been there from the start. Ugh.

Klaus is not a well-written character at all and Morgan is a pretty crappy actor, IMO, so yeah, resent away to your heart's content. Especially since such a lame-ass character and lame-ass actor got THE FUCKING LEAD IN HIS OWN SHOW. And what does Tyler/Trevino get? A big fat fuck you and good-bye. BOO!
