Well, that's a bit of a hard one... ultimately I don't think it would do much good. The computer part of the cyberman controlls the body no matter what. If somewhoe the Borg managed to alter their DNA I don't think it would matter to the cybermen.

At any rate, there's only one way to find out. You bring a Borg, I'll go get my cyberman.
