Pumpkin curry~

Pie pumpkins are super-cheap at Crest right now, so I sorta want to make Pumpkin Curry which is apparently one of Yuu-chan's favorites. Yes, I'm kind of in the zone right now, humor me. XD

I found a Thai Pumpkin and Chicken curry that sounds really tasty. That seems like a good place to start. <3

I wish I liked curry. I see so many recipes that sound good, but I haven't developed a taste for it. I hope you enjoy it!!!
