I can still recall the Age in which I was born. When there were no diseases to fear and we never used something like a...vaccine to cure our illnesses. The One Power was what we used.

This is not even the first time the City has been given these vaccines.

That would depend upon the disease or the stress. I am able to have the memories just...vanish with the threads of saidar I use. Or shift them around. Things of that nature.

That is the female half of the One Power. And no. I do not touch the heart at all.
