I'm sure someone will be as weak as him, just pair them up. I'm sure his underlings won't wanna shame him anymore than you. Remember it's not NOVA so you have more latitude as to what you can teach, they won't mind sitting and listening to some grammar points here and there and you've got enough time too. Don't overwhelm, you want them to come away having learned something solidly, even if its just one thing. Having lots of junk swimming in their heads and not having a firm grasp on it won't leave as good a parting image. If you want this thing long term build it that way, don't look at it as an interview look at it as the beginning of a structured plan. Maybe photocopy the Quest guide and bring it along too. It's English, not Eikaiwa.

I don't have any magic tips, you're going to have to put something together thats fun. Even if they screw up they won't care as long as they're laughing. Try this website, it looks kinda ghetto but it has a lot of good stuff, the kind of things old Liz woulda done:Reply
