I apologize for putting this up usually I don't do this if I can avoid it but I am extremely irritated and I need a place to vent it out cuz no at this school I am at obviously gives a crap. As much as I really like the school I am at right now they seriously need to get over some of this crap they get hung up on far to easily. They are really; ( Read more... )

The East Stacks at Ellis Library are the place to study with drink and snacks. You can have soda bottles there, and just keep the junk food hidden from plain sight. True, they've got wandering security guards, but if they catch you, just pretend you are putting it away. You can take it out after they leave. Just be vigilant. My friends and I rebelled for 4 years; you can do it!! The computer lab is obviously too well supervised for such antics.

Oh I can totally understand when you have in a librarey for sure...but come on a school?! thats a bit much I mean I spend a good three to four hours at my school and I sometimes don't get the chances for even lunch! so if I can have food or drink with me while I am there usually I take advantage of it.
Oh and before I forget I have a random question for you. I was wondring about maybe looking into working in at my old elmentary school Russel Elementary in there ESL program if they had one. To get some experince with working with foreign kids and teaching them english as a second language. You know just for some experince in it before I actually went to Japan and am in the waiting process which is where I am now. Do you think I would need to be an offical teacher to do that? or could I just come in as a non paid volunteer just in for experince?

get a bag that has extra pockets in it to carry your food and sodas in. messenger bags tend to have lil spots on them JUST for that. and while you've never had any problems with your own stuff when it comes to food and drinks and computers, when a school says, DON'T DO IT, it's b/c of the amount of money they spend on the damn things that usually just end up losing value over time and are obsolete as soon as they get it anyways. they're just trying to make their investement last longer. they aren't like us where they can just save up a bit of money to replace it. getting the money is hard for them (just go to your local paper and read the archives on the conitiption fits ppl throw when the state cuts back on federal funds for education and then has to ask ppl for more money if they want to attend their school), and maintaing what they have is even harder b/c they don't have money to do so in the first place, but they have what they have to put themselves on the cutting edge and give their students and advantage in the REAL WORLD. it's ( ... )

But yeah, you friended me and i never check that list so, yeah, who are you, did you want me to add you back and HI ^_^
