It looks as though I was successful in only 5 out of the 13 categories that I made predictions. Mariah still had a good night with 3 wins out of 8. Also, she nailed her performance of Fly Like A Bird with a short We Belong Together intro. Even back when I cared more about contemporary pop/rock/R&B, the Grammys were always my least favorite of the Oscar/Emmy/Grammy trifecta, but I'll comment on a few things.

U2 my ass! Ha! I am most upset about this one as Mariah should have had this. >>

Again, I know nothing, but I would have expected Kanye West to win, because his was the most critically acclaimed and ostensibly "groundbreaking" of these. U2's album was widely considered just middling, both by critics and fans -- not a dud like "Pop," but certainly no classic like "Achtung Baby" or "All That You Can't Leave Behind."
