For the millions of you that check into my blog on Monday's to track my diet and exercise program (I check the hit counts), prepare for disappointment. After a spectacular first week of impressive weight loss and four days of exercise, I came down with a lil' malady and was out of commission last week recovering. And it shows on the scale. Keep it up. The trend of the weight loss means much more than the day to day. Setbacks happen. Also, if you are a medium to large build body type, your body naturally goes into storage mode in the winter. So, nooooo stinkin thinkin!
