Haha, I've tried, I will excercise by walking a lot more but it's no use if I eat unhealthy.
Besides I don't have a bicycle, don't have bendy things, and I can't do crunches if my life depended on it. Believe me, if I had the actual money to pay for a monthly pass at a fitness place, I would buy one :] and I've tried getting one.
... no. bicycles are what you do with your legs. You dont need a bicycle. And it doesn't matter what you eat, you'll see awesome results within a week if you do them for at least 3 minutes everyday. if you look it up, you'll find a lot of things you can do. I have to start doing it again. I did it for a while, my rolls were gone and my tummy shrunk. it was awesome. and I didn't gain it back for a longggg time.
