when the initial rain hits the ground all the settled oils and ect make the roads a bit slippery. but i do agree with you...goin 40 is ridiculous...but then again one can argue the "better safe than sorry" theory and wut about "patience is a virtue"? and so the cycle continues.... lol is it jst me or did that remind you of that all night debate we once had about the best piece of chocolate in the entire world?...of which i clearly won. *cough* =)
