If my mom is not going to fucking quit smoking, then she should stop making us think she is. Bullshit. BullSHIT.

Guess I will just have to go find her cigarettes and throw them away later. Which I did with her last pack. And she never mentioned it.

God. Doesn't she understand that she will fucking DIE soon?

From what I understand from other smokers (I'm not one, thank goodness), that "craving" or whatever *never ever* leaves you. I agree it's a nasty and terrible habit, and I'd be doing the same as you, but I'm just saying that she probably does understand that it WILL kill her (and IS killing her), but smoking is one of the hardest habits to break free of, and like I said, she will probably never be completely free of it, "physically". So sad :( And it's even sadder that it's the kids that get hooked on it. Just keeping being tough, but try to have patience with her, and keep letting her know you are doing it because you care. Keep praying too, and I'll do it from my end as well!!!

*hugs* Thank you so much for that, it put me in check. I forget sometimes that maybe she does realize this stuff...it is just so hard to be sensitive to her views when it's something like this. We try to support her many times, but I know it's hard...
Thanks for praying for me, and hopefully she will finally kick it soon ('cause apparently she is sick of me throwing away her cigarettes, but she won't tell ME that, heh).
