I know the obscenely lucky shiny-gathering person you're talking about....it honestly upsets me because of the years and year I've been playing I've foudn -2-.
2 shinies. Of...what, 12 years since Silver/Gold? 12 years of grinding and 2 beautiful shinies to show for it and it's just.... disheartening.

I mean, it's just a game, lol. BUT IT'S MORE THAN A GAME.

Your IVs look great though, definitely jealous! You know how to breed really good pokeman!

I hear ya. I got a couple from fishing and one in a friend safari this game. Only one other before that. I've put in a ton of hours too. 350+ in X alone. Oh well.

I looked at your older entry and it was a Naive Sheer Force Bagon (egg move Dragon Dance) that you wanted. XD Off the top of my head, I've also got Gastly (egg move Disable), HA Dratini (egg move Aqua Jet and Extremespeed), HA Venipede (egg move Spikes and Toxic Spikes), HA Gligar (egg move Agility and Baton Pass), and HA Chimchar (egg moves Quick Guard and Thunder Punch, I think). I can get 5V's of everything except Chimchar (haven't actually worked on breeding Chimchar yet).

I really need to just go through all of my boxes and make a master list of everything I have, now that Bank is finally out...

I'm extremely unlucky in the shiny department too, unless it involves chain fishing. (Prior to chain fishing, I only found one shiny in each generation.) You have my sympathies.

I'm trying to hatch a shiny Gastly with good IVs. I've hatched a lot of 5V Gastlys, and one 6V, but no shinies. :( I started breeding using special Pokeballs too. So far all I have is Gastly in a premiere ball (to match the shiny Mega Gengar that I am determined to hatch eventually) and Bulbasaur in a net ball, but I plan to breed others later. I just wish gen 6 had more balls that matched grass types.

I might have a spare Lugia, Latios, or Deoxys. I know I had multiples of each back in the day; it's just a matter of if I can find them (and if the ones I find have nicknames or not).

*__* if you do and don't mind I'd love to have them but if not no worries. Lugia is one of my favs, and I DID have one from the GTS but then though for sure when the bank came out I'd have my old one.... so i traded the japanese one... and now... i have 0 lol. such is poke-life.

Breeding female Pokemon with a Ditto results in pretty Pokeballs inherited from the female parent. That's how I bred my Heal Ball Mr. Mimes since I didn't have any good male human-like parents.

someone gave me a japanese 6 iv ditto... soooo.... what a pimp. I was only using him for pokemon who were already in normal poke balls!

I still haven't hatched a shiny even with MM yet though :| poop.

Also, i can't seem to find the answer online, though I think I know it,

when pokemon were caught with Park Balls did they appear as caught in park balls or did they just default back to normal, because I can't seem to find any in my boxes in a park ball but certainly some had to have been transferred that way, so I'm assuming they never really show up as being in a park ball.

I really like the Moon ball I think ill spend some time getting dark and ghost pokes in that for breeding.

I can't say for sure since I haven't tried out Park Balls at all. I feel like they transfer because they had icons in 5th gen.
