good cop / bad cop

some girl @ akmb just said something that pissed me off....

she said: A cop was killed here in LA yesterday, and at first I was like too bad, damn cops, as many black folks as they brutalize. Then I found out this morning it was a good friend of mine. I am sooo sad. He was really a nice, good person too. It's always the good ones. why is that?

I'm with you on this one Cher, but i can kinda see where she's coming from. I guess it kinda goes with experience. Where i'm at, the majority of the town police are bad. Yea,they do protect, but to an extent. That's just the experience i had with my local police...not with others, so i'm not doubting the force whatsoever.

It makes me sad when people group other people together and call them all good or bad, not based on who they are, but on what job they have, or who they hang around with(or what they look like). That's about all I have to say about that.
