New Layout

Tweaking is more or less complete.  I'll have to be careful with the sizes of images that I post with this layout, since I noticed that some of the images in my older entries got cut off if they're to big, and need to be viewed directly for the full picture.  Of course, I could just disable custom comment pages, but I think that looks boring. orz

The font is palatino linotype, using font-variant: small-caps.
