Leaving for Germany/Austria/Czech Republic in just over a week. Planning to revive my LJ as a travel log, as all my posts appear as notes on Facebook anyway. Expect a million pics (here and on FB) and videos uploaded to my hardly-used, little heard of YouTube account (link).

Thanks, I've never even flown before! Now I just have to figure out what I can pack from my late Georgia winter wardrobe that's suitable for late alpine winter!

I keep thinking, "OK, need souvenirs for everyone, and don't forget Katherine's rocks!" I'll get some from the castles we go to for certain, but will have to remember a Sharpie to label them!
