The governments seem to be really hurting that they have to lay off many of their employees, cut down hours, and reduce wages. I have heard that the employees of the US govenment will have to work 2 days out of the month without pay

I hadn't heard yet that the post office is cutting back. Since the post office is FEDERAL, I would suppose that this is true in ALL states. My brother is a mail carrier. I will have to check on him.
