4 me, it's hard to make friends with those people who haven't had any harder times in their life and who have always got what they have wanted to have

...they underestimate other people and have no sympathy for them, they don't know what it's like to be ugly or poor or lonely or something

sometimes myh patients drive me so mad i want to rip out their feeding tubes and wrap them around their necks.
