Edited after rereading orz Sumeragi is the counselor of restricting minors' access to alcohol, which is basically the same job XD You're free to drop in to help whenever that happens.

Ahaha sob! Well, Hakkai's job is just to give advice and lecture everyone... (I just edited this post a little to make it clearer.) So their jobs shouldn't overlap all that much, technically! Esp. if we let them meet and talk about this - I don't think Hakkai will want to intrude on Sumeragi's work unless she needs help.

Kouryuu doesn't drink much (HEADCANON TIEMS: He likes drinking when normal, but he can't indulge much because if he's drunk when he reverts into plushie-size, he gets THOROUGHLY SMASHED and he gets the worse hangovers ever) but feel free to drop on his threads.

Akabane is godmode and I don't think he drinks much. If he did, however, I think he belongs to the trope of Iron Liver and I Don't Get Drunk, so... fun times?
