My OTP
Before liking USUK, there are pairings that came before them..of course. And here are all of them.
Yuuram (Kyou Kara Maou)- My very first yaoi pairing ever since the world began. I was influenced by my classmates and tadah! (I miss the days when I have classmates who are fujoshi. Unlike now, they're straight =.=) But alas, my dearest mother caught me watching an R-18 doujinshi about them. Thus, the end of their reign in my OTP list.
*about the picture: The scene is from OVA 3. Ugh, even until now, I hated how they didn't show the kissing part when they showed a couple kissing. THAT'S MEAN! Oh well, c'est la vie.
*duration: 8 months last 2009.
B26 / Bel x Fran (Katekyo Hitman Reborn) - This is a great example of a sadist/masochist pairing, considering Bel an insane, twisted prince and Fran being used to painful situations.
*about the picture: I'd really like this as a reference to a story 'His Royal Highness Owns a Frog'. I mean, it simply has the same aura of the story. Angst, drama, betrayal? (And as for the story, I really love the flower metaphor. Read it if you want to know what I'm talking about ^_~)
*duration: I liked this pairing for only 8 months last year.
1827 / Hibari x Tsuna - My second OTP in the same anime. I'm still on this pairing until now (my friend and I were role-playing this..with me as the uke.) In the anime -the anime, okay?- they don't have much communication, but they do have a link (prefect/student and guardian/boss). Another thing I'd like to point out: the cloud will always be with its sky which is true, right?
LietPol (Axis Powers Hetalia) -We're finally in Hetalia~! I started liking this last January -after my mom scolded me once again for loving yaoi..just because of Gakuen Heaven (blame my sister). Thus the end of B26-. I became addicted to this pairing after seeing a picture of them..somewhere in this laptop I'm using. This was the reason why I discovered the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth.
*duration: 3 months only.
NiChu - I don't know why I loved this pairing (since I'm more of a USUKJAP biased now), but I just think it's cute. There's only that problem, the stories I always find are angst...considering their history together.
*duration: Like I said, a month or two.
USUK - And here we are at the very recent one. I started liking this alongside with LietPol and NiChu, though they were on my third list at that time. But I got tired of the first two, and this followed. I love this pairing because it simply shows the saying 'opposite attracts', well as for my opinion. I also view them as 'dorks in love' because: first of all, they fight to the point it's nonsense. Second, both are a tsundere -England a tsuntsun while America is the deredere-.
Oh come on! I think this should be canon. I mean, really! There are hints in both anime and manga about them (I should as well point BUON SAN VALENTINO). And for my own perspective, I think Hima-senpai also supports this.
*duration: 6 months and counting.
Franada -Alongside with USUK, I find this pairing cute...and light? What I mean is that I see them like they don't fight with each other. And for once, I pity France for having Canada taken away by England.
Well, I think that's all. I'm uber loyal to my OTP..and that's the reason why I have few ^^;
