OMG I watched Kung Fu Hustle before! My teacher only showed part of it though. :( We watched it in the original Cantonese dub and it's SOOOO HILARIOUS!! xDDDDD

But well as a non asian, non chinese, I can' t really get the difference in the dialects~

Well for us it's a play with the phonetic.

fesse= ass cheek
bouc= well, it can be either a goat (the animal) or a goatee (facial hair).
