Law sat in the house worried about Luffy who was late. His boyfriend was always at home when the doctor returned, but this time he wasn't, and he left a note for him that said he will be with his friends.
'Guess I began to get used to being spoiled huh?' hearing the doorbell ring, Law rushed to the door, but stopped before turning the handle.
'Wait, Luffy has a key, he won't ring the bell' shaking his head, Law opened the door only to receive a fist to his face and fall to the ground, looking up he saw Vergo looking down at him.
'Shit! What is he doing here?'
"Long time no see runt"

Returning back to the apartment, Luffy was alarmed when he saw the apartment’s door opened. Rushing inside he saw the apartment in a messy state and most of their furniture was destroyed, fear settled into his stomach and his heart started to bump faster. Turning around his eyes widened as he looked at the wall, there was a message addressed to him there.
"If you want Law unscratched, come to the northern park at 11, alone"
Luffy’s blood boiled as he looked the message, and the name written at the end of it. Isses came out from under the table and looked at Luffy with fear, and when Luffy growled out the name she jumped back a couple of steps.

Opening his eyes, Law groaned as felt his whole body hurt. Two hours remained until Luffy was due to reach this place, and Law hoped that his lover will act smart just this once and call Smoker or S-
'Sabo is not here' remembering that the blond man wasn't here made Law feel that all hopes of solving this problem disappear. If Sabo was still in the city, Law was sure that Luffy will seek his advice or at least inform him about that matter, and the blond would have prevented the younger teen from coming here and falling into Doflamingo’s trap. Hearing footsteps coming closer to him, Law prepared himself for what awaited him with the arrival of his adopted father.
"Well, well Law, nice seeing you again after all these years eh?" said a voice Law knew too well, and Law flinched. Law felt a hand grip his hair and he was forced to his worst nightmare, Doflamingo.
"Fuck you!" spat Law and received a slap across his right check making his ears buzz.
"That is no way to talk to your father young man, or would you rather I teach you how to behave again eh?" Law glared at the man, but he didn’t speak back this time, since he wanted to perverse his strength after all the beatings he received by Vergo’s hands.
"Oh, don't give that look; it is your own fault you know, we are all here because you hadn’t learn your lesson. And you had to have another lover after Eustass didn’t you? If you didn’t, then this wouldn't have happened" Law's eyes widened at those words and he realized Doflamingo’s objective.
'Luffy'
"FUCK YOU! HE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS!" screamed Law forgetting his previous objective.
"Of course he has, you dragged him into this my dear Law, and now he will have to pay for your mistake HAHAHA" Law felt tears gather at the corner of his eyes, but he refused to shed them stubbornly.
'Luffy please don't come, please be smart and call Smoker, please! Luffy! Don’t come!' Law was panicking on the inside, but he didn't show it on his face. He didn't want to give Doflamingo any hint about his hope in Smoker, or the older blond will do something to crash it.

Two hours later Luffy found himself in the northern park waiting for the kidnappers to appear, behind him in the bushes hid Smoker, Killer, Zoro, Sanji and Kidd.
When Luffy first saw the message he rushed out of the apartment, luckily on his way he bumped with Killer who came to return his jacket, which he forgot in Kidd's house, and upon seeing the teen his state of hurry and anger, Killer had insisted that Luffy tell him what was going on.
After hearing the story about the message and what happened, Killer managed to stop Luffy from heading to the park alone and thought of a plan to rescue Law and to get rid of Doflamingo forever. Killer first decided not to call the police, since attracting the police attention would reach to Vergo's ears and he would inform Doflamingo. Killer was glad that Law had told Kidd about Doflamingo’s connections in the past.
Dragging Luffy back to Kidd’s apartment, Killer kicked Kidd to get him out of his depression episode, and explained the situation to the red haired. After hearing the news, Kidd wanted to go to the park immediately and Luffy agreed with him, Killer had to tie both males in the end to prevent them from leaving, and called Smoker.
When the officer arrived they explained the situation to him, then both Killer and Smoker had to discuss the plan which will enable them to capture both Doflamingo and Vergo red handed and get rid of them forever. The only problem in their plan was that they needed more people to execute the plan, so Luffy offered his friend’s help without even informing them about the matter, and so they found themselves all waiting in the park for the arrival of Doflamingo, with an annoyed Sanji and a sleepy Zoro.
Fifteen minutes later, the bird man arrived dragging with him a bound and beaten Law who was trying to get away from the man and an angry Vergo who had a red mark on his face. Upon seeing his lover's condition Luffy's anger rose, but he had to restrain himself by remembering that Law’s safety hang in the balance.
"So you are Law's lover eh? Nice meeting you again brat" mocked the bird man, and Law turned to Luffy looking at him questionably, Law wanted to speak but the gag in his mouth prevented him from doing so, he wanted to tell Luffy to run and to warn him about what was Doflamingo planning on doing.
"If I had known your identity at that time, I would have killed you bastard!" screamed Luffy trying not attacking the man as he began to laugh. Luffy dug his fingers into his palm when he saw how Doflamingo tightened his hands on his captor's arms, making the injured man wince and the hidden people angry.
“What do you think, will happen now, brat?" taunted the bird man as he gripped the gun in his pocket. Law trashed harder trying to push Doflamingo, or to tell Luffy, but both men didn't look at him as they were glaring at each other.
Vergo upon seeing Law's resistance pulled the man from his master's hand and Smoker took that as his signal to shoot. Things happened really fast from there, Smoker shot Vergo and as Doflamingo turned around to Vergo, he was tackled by Luffy who jumped him and they wrestled on the ground. Then out of nowhere, four armed men appeared and started to shoot. Zoro, Sanji and Kidd managed to fight them while Killer rushed to carry the injured Law to a safe place, but Law didn't cooperate with the blond since he wanted to make sure that Luffy was alright and warn him about the gun in Doflamingo’s pocket. Killer had to carry him on his shoulders and make a run for it, to make Law stop his resistance, and when they reached the car a loud gun shot was heard and Killer stopped in his track, not daring to guess what happened. Law who was being carried and bound couldn't do anything but pray to god for his lover’s safety.
Killer locked Law the doctor in the car and returned to the fight scene, only to witness Doflamingo’s last moments, his attention then turned to the rest of their party to make sure that no one got hurt, and he saw that, green haired man (he didn't get his name) was shot on his right arm, and Kidd had a deep slash on his left leg and was being supported by the blond who had a curly brow and was smoking a citrate. Turning his eyes to the other two, he noticed Smoker talking on his phone, while Luffy stood over Doflamingo’s body with a gun in his hand. Killer prayed that the kid doesn’t get a trauma from shooting a man.
"Killer! Where is Law?" asked Kidd as he noticed his best friend and Killer remembered the man in the car.
"He is in the car, let's go" answered Killer and the group nodded. Smoker stayed waiting for the police, to explain the situation to them, while the rest of the group headed to the car. Upon seeing the car, Killer handed Luffy the key to go to his lover, and carried his injured green haired friend instead of him. Kidd wasn't happy being supported by a stranger, while Killer supported another stranger and grumbled all the while they were standing to waiting for the lovers to have their private time, Killer knew the real reason behind his anger, and didn't comment about it. Sanji, who was supporting Kidd, had argued with him and both men started a verbal fight.
"They are so noisy" commented the green haired man, and Killer nodded agreeing with him.
'Idiot Kid, you wanted to go to Law too didn't you? It is time to move on Kidd, please let the past go and continue with your life’ thought Killer as he watched his best friend argue with the blond who was supporting him.

Opening the car’s door Luffy saw his lover curled on himself crying, his gag wasn't remove so he didn’t make any sound, but Luffy was sure that even if the gag wasn't there he still wouldn't make any sound. Touching his lover's shoulder, law bolted up and when he saw Luffy and more tears fell from his eyes.
Luffy gently removed the gag and the ropes tying his lover, and then pulled the older male to his chest, hugging him. Law desperately clutched his younger lover’s shirt as if his life depended on it and cried. Luffy rubbed his back and kissed his forehead trying to calm him. After calming down, Law pulled from Luffy and smacked his head hard.
"Idiot! Why did you come? Why didn't you run when I told you? What would happen if he shot you? Did you even think before you jumped him? Did you want to die?! That was th-" Law's words stopped in his mouth as Luffy’s lips crushed his, and he felt all strength leave his body at the contact. Kissing back Law felt how desperate Luffy was, and decided to forgive him. Law understood that his lover was worried about him as much as he was worried about the younger teen, and felt bad for scolding him. Their kiss was cut short when Killer knocked on the window.
"Hey guys, I know that you want to continue your reunion, but we have injured people here, and the police will arrive shortly so..." Killer didn't have to continue as both lovers parted and nodded to him, the ride to the hospital was very long and most awkward.
