Sellouts? ......Wut?

So, I'm going through YT looking for new music from my favorite artists. I finally had some time to listen to some of Giru's stuff from their album Go. Now for me, it's not bad, this seemed like a fun album for them. But here we go again with the bitch fest over their current music compositions. Apparently to some, they have officially "sold out".

Some parts are for the artists in general. Giru wasn't the first to be called sellouts. Diru also comes to mind >_>.

I didn't know Giru was still indies, would have thought they were major by now (but now that you mention it there's never been word on a change to a major label, huh @__@...)

But yeah, ppl need to stop being so butthurt and lashing out at every comment that's contrary to what they think is right. I love my Giru boys, and admittedly though I miss the heavier sounds that they produced in the past I'm not gonna bash them for going in a different direction. When you're a musician you should have the freedom to produce what you want to and grow from those experiences.
Besides, if people stopped wanking on them for one second and actually listened to the new songs, they would realize that it STILL has the essential core Girugamesh sound and feel to it - it's just lighter.

Also, I wish I could stab every person who compares "old" to "new". Pisses me off and gives me a headache =___=...
