Commit access is controlled by the legislature and judicial branches, so get appointed or elected. Bug tracker is the BBC or other interested detached news source :).

Hopefully we can avoid any one forking the project. Or worse, "porting" it to say, Syria.

I'm hoping v44.0-pre1 will be better than 43.2. That one sucked.
