So here are two others that he did prior to Chartier - one in Canada and the other in Toledo Ohio.
These two perfect overlay crimes revealed that Chartier likely was not being harassed by a co-worker but DeBardeleben calling her and stating that he was the co-worker - to frighten her.
He then showed her a badge and told her he was an undercover cop that was going to help her - including take care of the booby trap in her trunk.
It helped him get her to allow him to bring her in her car to his safe house.
He then likely sold her car in the underworld for parts - strip it and move it.

The boyfriend probably had something to do with it. She was sick of his jealously And he had a bad temper. Rumors had it she was pregnant and the boyfriend found out that it wasn't his and lost it the night of the party. He has had a life of lying, stealing, fraud, elder abuse, and manipulation and scheming ever since since. He plays stupid and innocent . He's a master manipulator.
