House of Blues Hotel, right next to the actual House of Blues and the Marina Towers? You were about two and a half blocks south of the Grand red line stop, at State and Grand.

I was pretty sure that Grand was the stop I was looking for, and when I looked it up later, found that I turned the wrong way on State. I'll get it one of these days : )
