Drooool. I may need to make a gluten-free cobbler/crisp sometime soon. I keep seeing them lately and fiending for them. I'm not supposed to have much sugar either, but ... mmm.
I bet it's even better with ice cream melting on it.
Yeah, I definitely wished I had ice cream when it came out of the oven. It was excellent with hot coffee for breakfast the next day. I'm not sure what gluten-free cobbler would be like, but it's got to be better than no cobbler at all.
OH man, that sounds good. My mom invited Chris and I over for dinner last week, luring us over with her homemade apple pie. It's just about the best thing ever!
