There's an abandoned, corner coffee shop not far from the house. When I buy it I'm going to paint all the interior walls in chalkboard paint (you can get it in colors now). It's going to take a while.
The fact that the coffee shop that was in there before closed down is not encouraging. However, there's an SBA outlet/office right down the street from us and I plan on spending a lot of time next week.
We'll see what happens.
