A photo tour of our flat!

Lounge room from standing at the front door. Yes, we have too many CD's. We are both aware of this. No, we will not get rid of any of them.

The photo's around the lounge room are ones that I have taken, which mum's boy David printed and framed for me. There are 4 of them in the lounge :

Lounge room from standing at the kitchen entry.

Lounge room again, this time from standing where the CD's are :) TV, table (which we pull out when we have people around for dinner and put a table cloth over etc, but really we just use it as a computer desk/somewhere to put the stereo etc)

Lounge room again! This time standing at the door to the balcony. The door just near the kitchen is the door to our storage room.

and on to the kitchen. Standard really. Fridge/freezer (which is ours) oven/stove (electric. I prefer gas but you take what you can get really...) and cupboards.

Other side of the kitchen. Including a sink with dirty dishes ;)

which leads you into the laundry/cat room :)

next to the kitchen is...our under-stairs storage. Last week you couldn't see the floor and you couldn't walk in very far 'cause there was shit everywhere. It also wasn't a pantry then (we had our food in a cardboard box in a corner of the kitchen) so I'm well pleased with my efforts :)

back through the lounge room again and we have the door to the bathroom! It's a fairly standard bathroom. Has a loo, a bath, a shower, a basin, and a little cupboard. Oh, and my funky new purple shower curtain :)

Bathroom again, from standing over the loo. Looking into the hall. Our bedroom is directly ahead (with the rug on the floor) the lounge is to the right and the spare bedroom to the left.

Turning left will take you to the spare room! View from the door. This room also doubles as our gym.

Spare bedroom again. Notice the office desk. It's about 5ft long and 3ft wide. I (after the consumption of alchohol) found it on the road-side when the council was having a clean-up, and decided I wanted it so I dragged home (about 10houses down) and then managed, somehow, to get it up the front steps at mum's house, on my own at about 2am without killing myself. The steps at mum's house go up 4 steps, turn a corner then up another 8 or so steps. I have NO idea how I did it...

last bit of our spare room, and the rest of our gym equipment :)

and lastly, our bedroom :) My chest of drawers, with some candles and photo's on top (the one I took in Turkey of the boy, and a photo of Lisa & I) and the cupboard that the previous tenants kindly left for us to use :)

my beautiful bed that I missed so much in England. I sleep on the window side. The 2 teddy bears on the bed are the ones we made for each other. So soppy, i know!

cause apparantly I felt the need to do the same shot twice?

So there you go! A virtual tour of our flat :)
