sounds like you are doing awesome! i'm quitting smoking too... on Mon. Xoch is coming to visit this weekend and I know we're going to smoke many butts together so I'm just waiting until Mon. Maybe I'll start working out again too. errrr...

and maybe when you do have the merryjuwanna, you could have it in baked goods or such, so that you aren't smoking anything and thus reminding your body of what it feels like in general to smoke something and inhale smoke...plus, less gunk in your lungs. thought?
anyways, super proud. if you get anything that reminds you of smoking, just get out of the area even for a break. when you go out, make someone make sure you don't break down and bum one. and maybe chew gum or eat veggie snacks or something, to distract from the oral craving?
hmm. well in any case, if you're in a crunch, just be like "half an hour more or 5 minutes or even one minute more of *not* smoking" and just keep extending that being in the moment fight.

as much as i love brownies and space-cake, i cannot, cannot afford the calories. i do okay now that we can't smoke in the house, though, cause i'm like, "aw, shit, i actually have to get up?? wtf?" and i'm too comfy to do it. lol.
